My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I understand how overwhelming and confusing it can feel to navigate mental health, nutrition and wellbeing - especially when you feel disconnected from your body or unsure of the next step.
I work with women seeking support through meditation, counselling or nutrition coaching, offering a grounded, body-based approach that is practical, compassionate and person-centred. My focus is on helping you slow down, build awareness and develop a clearer, more supportive relationship with yourself and your health.
Outside of my work, this also shapes how I live day to day. I love spending time in nature, horse riding, travelling and sharing quality time with friends. I’m drawn to simple moments and experiences that feel grounding and restorative.
I’m mindful that seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. I aim to create a space that feels calm, supportive and unpressured, where you can take things at your own pace. My intention is for the work we do together to feel steady, respectful and genuinely supportive of where you are right now.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Majors in Nutrition and Exercise Science), with further study in Dietetics, and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Deakin University. I’m also a certified meditation teacher, with training in facilitating body-based, nervous system–informed practices. I’m committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my work remains current, ethical, and supportive.
