The number of sessions varies depending on what you’re working through.
Some people attend for short-term, focused support. Others choose longer-term work.
We’ll review your goals regularly and adjust as needed - there’s no pressure to commit beyond what feels helpful.
-
Once you book your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with intake forms, my privacy policy and a Telehealth link.
In Counselling and Nutrition Coaching, the first session is about getting to know you - understanding what’s bringing you in, what you’d like support with and what feels most important right now.
We’ll talk through goals and next steps, and decide together whether continuing feels like the right fit. If needed, I’ll also guide you toward a more suitable referral.
-
This depends on the type of support you’re seeking.
Due to ethical guidelines and the importance of maintaining clear therapeutic boundaries, I’m not able to work with the same client in both Counselling and Meditation at the same time. While mindfulness and body-based practices may be gently integrated within counselling where appropriate, ongoing meditation teaching is offered as a separate service.
You’re welcome to work with me in Nutrition Coaching alongside either Counselling or Meditation, as these services are distinct and can be combined where it’s appropriate and supportive.
If you’re unsure which service is the best fit for you, we can talk this through during an enquiry call and decide on the most suitable option together.
