Counselling
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s coming up for you at your own pace. Counselling sessions are a place to slow down, reflect, and make sense of your experiences — whether you’re navigating something specific or feeling unsure about where to begin.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, meaning I work collaboratively with you rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support you in building insight, clarity, and practical tools that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based strategies. These are used flexibly and thoughtfully, guided by your needs, preferences, and what feels most supportive in the moment.
I work with women experiencing concerns such as anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship stress, low self-esteem, life transitions, and challenges with work–life balance. Sessions are grounded, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more connected to yourself and better equipped to navigate daily life.
If you’re considering counselling but feel unsure, I offer a free 10-minute consultation call. This gives us a chance to talk through what you’re looking for, see if we’re a good fit, and decide on next steps together.
