Meditation

I offer a grounded, body-based approach to meditation that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance and deeper awareness of the body.

My style of teaching is grounded, responsive and body-based. I place more emphasis on awareness and safety in the body than on trying to control the mind or force relaxation. Rather than aiming for a particular state, I guide practices that allow you to meet what’s already there with curiosity and steadiness.

Sessions are primarily longer, guided practices that allow time to settle, explore, and integrate. Each session begins with a check-in and is tailored to where you’re at, whether you’re new to meditation or have an existing practice. Alongside these longer sessions, shorter supportive practices may be offered to help integrate what you’re working on between sessions.

My intention is to offer meditation experiences that feel steady, grounding, and supportive over time - practices that meet you where you are and evolve with you, rather than one-size-fits-all techniques.
